As a resident of Summit County since 2007, Aniela Wasmanski has successfully developed her real estate career by doing just that. Built from her experience with large-scale development projects, marketing, public relations, commercial and residential real estate, Aniela has elevated the level of expectation for her clients. With the power of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand behind her, Aniela has perfected the formula of market knowledge, strategic marketing, and client trust. After graduating from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Aniela spent 4 years in hospitality and then 4 years in new developments in Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado. In 2014, she joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. As any true Coloradan will tell you, the epitome of living in the mountains is the outdoor lifestyle and Aniela takes full advantage of her back yard. The long summer days are spent hiking, mountain biking or enjoying the many craft breweries in Colorado and she can’t resist hitting the ski slopes during our many bluebird, fresh powder days.
