Ashley Battleson is an Atlanta native with deep roots in the city’s real estate community. A graduate of Woodward Academy and Vanderbilt University, Ashley was raised in a family of real estate brokers and agents, giving her an early understanding of what it takes to succeed in a competitive market. Her clients value her in-depth market knowledge, strong negotiation skills and extensive network throughout Atlanta. Known for her professionalism, advanced technology expertise and tireless work ethic, Ashley provides a seamless experience for buyers, sellers and investors alike.

Working alongside her business partner, Sam Bayne, Ashley is part of one of Atlanta’s most successful real estate teams — the Bayne Battleson Group at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. Together, they have achieved over $500 million in sales since 2020 and more than $1 billion in lifetime sales, specializing in luxury properties across Buckhead, Chastain Park, Sandy Springs, Midtown, Brookhaven and Vinings. Ashley also has a passion for new construction and enjoys helping clients envision and build their dream homes from the ground up.

A lover of dogs, horses and the Atlanta community, Ashley is an active member of Cherokee Town & Country Club and Peachtree Presbyterian Church. She is deeply committed to giving back and supports several local organizations, including the Atlanta Humane Society, Red Clay Ranch Equine Rescue & Sanctuary and Angels Among Us Pet Rescue.
