About Brandon Duquette

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brandon has lived in the United States, England, and Spain, and now calls Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, home. He joined Sotheby’s International Realty after working with some of the world’s most prominent real estate investors, including Blackstone and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

 

With over a decade of experience in hospitality real estate investment, Brandon specializes in the full spectrum of real estate development — from acquisition and repositioning to disposition. His passion for both real estate and travel gives him a unique perspective on international property markets and the complexities of cross-border investment.

 

Having relocated internationally multiple times himself, Brandon brings first-hand insight to his clients, offering both personal experience and technical expertise. He provides practical, tailored guidance to ensure a seamless and stress-free process for every client.

 

Brandon holds an MSc in Real Estate Development with a specialization in Global Real Estate from New York University. He also earned a BBA in Finance and a BA in Spanish from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. A licensed Texas real estate professional since 2008, Brandon is fluent in both English and Spanish.

 

In his free time, Brandon enjoys open water swimming, traveling (having visited over 50 countries and counting), fishing, skiing, and exploring the beaches of Baja California Sur.
