Courtney M. Brown is a fifth-generation Kamaʻāina and one of Maui’s top luxury real estate agents, consistently ranking among the top real estate experts on Maui.
Born and raised on Maui, she grew up in the small Upcountry town of Makawao. She had the good fortune to attend Lowell High School in San Francisco, followed by college at Smith College in Massachusetts (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and time spent in London. As a result, Courtney brings global perspective and local insight to every client relationship.
Licensed since 1997, Courtney has represented buyers and sellers in Maui’s most desirable communities—Kapalua, Kaanapali, Napili, Lahaina, Wailea, Makena, and Upcountry Maui—and across premier properties including oceanfront estates, golf course homes, and resort villas.
In 2014, she received the REALTOR® of the Year award from the REALTORS® Association of Maui, recognizing her professionalism, integrity, and community leadership. She has also served as West Maui Regional Director and Director at Large for the association and continues to give back by supporting many local charities.
As of 2025, Courtney has participated in over $697M in sales over her career. She has represented the Sellers of the two highest residential sales in Kaanapali, and three of the highest sales recorded in West Maui ($18M, $20.75M, and $26.45M).
Today, Courtney proudly represents Island Sotheby’s International Realty, providing concierge-level representation for clients on-island and off-island.
