Daneen Law has been in Cape Cod real estate for 20 years, personally closing hundreds of transactions on behalf of clients who praise her exceptional market insights and local network, —along with her positive, patient approach to buying and selling real estate.
“Having strong local roots and being in business on Cape Cod my whole adult life has afforded me the relationships and network to truly serve my clients,” says Daneen.
A 4th-generation native of Cape Cod, she is a consistently top-ranked agent with an understanding of local real estate that’s comprehensive as it is detailed. Specialties include purchasing and selling local real estate for remote and long-distance buyers, and shepherding clients through difficult or emotionally complex transactions.
“Real estate is something I practice every day,” she points out, “and I want people to know I’m with them every step of the way to guide them through the process and get us over the finish line.”

She lives in Orleans, Massachusetts with her husband Jim. When not selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with her adult children, traveling, boating and staying current on health and wellness practices.

The year-round population is also a strong and vital part of our community and caters to primary homeowners, first-time home buyers, retirees, and investors alike. There are fifteen towns that make up the Cape, a sixty-three-mile stretch of land surrounded by water. With the recent ability to work at home, demand has been explosive, and inventory has been depleted. This tend is expected for the foreseeable future as the demand to live or own vacation property on Cape Cod remains steady and our workforce is remote.
