Eileen is a consummate professional with extensive market knowledge. She is known for providing white glove luxury service to her clients at all price points. Eileen joined William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004 and was immediately recognized for her sales achievements and received the Rising Star Award. Since her career in real estate began, Eileen has been a top producer with a closed sales dollar volume that has repeatedly earned her the distinction of Platinum status. Eileen is highly regarded by her clients and peers. She provides a high level of integrity and discretion to each transaction. She outlines a strategy and plan of action for each of her clients to prepare them for the process of both buying and selling real estate.
When Eileen’s clients are looking to buy and sell real estate outside of her represented area, she connects them through her selected peer referral group; Our Trusted Network. This is a group of highly distinguished Sotheby’s leading global advisors, in their designated regions who then represent her clients when they are seeking to buy and sell real estate in other parts of the world. Eileen has successfully referred her clients whether selling a luxury New York City apartment, a winter home in Florida, a Caribbean retreat or relocating their family across the country for a new job. In Eileen’s prior career, she worked for a major property and casualty insurance company where she was responsible for managing and coordinated the investigation, negotiation and resolution of multi-million- dollar lawsuits through settlement discussions, arbitration or trial.
This experience no doubt helped lay the foundation for her strong organizational skills, thorough due diligence and successful negotiating style. Eileen moved to Darien in 1991 with her husband where they raised their three daughters. She is well versed in all aspects of living in Fairfield County. Eileen is a certified Relocation Specialist and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, Darien Board of REALTORS®, and SMART Listing Service.
