Fran has over 35 years of real estate experience in Westchester County, specializing in sales and listings in the communities of Rye, Rye Brook, Harrison and Purchase. She is skilled in all phases of real estate sales, including the pricing and marketing of a property, negotiations, maximizing sales price and bringing about a successful closing. Fran effectively guides home buyers through the entire process, from finding the right property, negotiating, providing guidance in financing options, supervising inspections, the final walk-through and ultimately, the closing. Consistently among the top producers in Westchester County, with particular expertise in high-end multi-million dollar properties, Fran is hardworking, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing superior personal service to clients and customers. She has an extensive network of REALTOR®s throughout Westchester and Fairfield Counties, as well as New York City. Fran’s Rye
The communities I cover are amongst the most desirable suburbs surrounding New York City. Each has its own character and amenities. All have excellent school systems. Rye City, situated on Long Island Sound, offers the feel of a resort town with its own beach and public parks. The quaint downtown area features a variety of shops and restaurants. The Rye YMCA, Recreation Center, and Library feature a diverse array of programs for children and adults. Rye Neck, a part of Rye City, offers all the amenities of Rye and has its own school system. Purchase and Harrison proper offer the International Baccalaureate Program which is especially appealing to foreigners who may be here temporarily and whose children will be going back to schools in their native countries. The Purchase Community House provides preschool, adult programs, and a summer camp. Rye Brook is a small community offering everything from townhome developments to expensive single homes. The highly regarded Blind Brook School System with one elementary school that feeds into the Middle School and High School is similar to a private school with small classes and a great deal of individual attention for students.
