A Waterloo Region native with ancestral roots dating back to the early 1800s, Greg has a long-standing connection to the local real estate landscape. Growing up in a family that helped develop the Region ignited his interest in the industry and a passion for architecture and design.

 

With over two decades of personal investment experience in real estate and a diverse business background, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients. Greg’s client-centric philosophy prioritizes long-term relationships over transactions. He understands that prudent real estate decisions require strategic planning and careful consideration of market dynamics. Residing in Waterloo with his wife and daughter, Greg balances his professional pursuits with a commitment to community involvement, in particular coaching basketball for Special Olympics. As an avid lifelong learner, Greg has continually pursued professional growth opportunities, such as the Commercial Real Estate Analysis & Investment course from MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning. Most recently, Greg enhanced his expertise by completing Harvard’s Advanced Negotiation Skills professional and executive development program.
