Heather O'Connor brings over a decade of experience to the real estate industry. Her journey began under the mentorship of a top luxury agent in Minnesota, where she quickly discovered her fervor for real estate sales. Relocating to New York City in 2015, she became a licensed real estate agent in New York. Heather then joined forces with accomplished agent, Stan Ponte, ranked #2 agent across all Manhattan firms by individual sales volume in 2020. Heather was with the Sotheby’s International Realty - East Side Manhattan Brokerage for the past 9 years before moving back to her hometown of Wayzata. One of the most notable and rewarding projects that Heather worked on was The Woolworth Tower Residences, a new development in which she contributed to the team’s sellout of all 32 apartments, achieving a remarkable $267 million dollars in sales in 2023.
Harnessing her expertise and dedication, Heather's strategic approach and unwavering commitment were instrumental, further solidifying her reputation as a standout professional in the real estate industry. Beyond her professional pursuits, Heather finds joy in family time, fitness, reading, and socializing, relishing the opportunity to connect with new individuals daily. A graduate of Indiana University - Bloomington, Heather distinguished herself academically throughout all four years of college.
