With over a decade in real estate, James has successfully sold and leased properties across Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester—ranging from historic townhouses in Harlem to pre-war homes in Fieldston. He was also the exclusive sales agent for several units at The Solaria, Riverdale’s premier full-service glass condominium with sweeping views of the Hudson River. “I go where my clients need me and pride myself on being available at all times,” says James, who’s often described as “too nice to be in real estate”—a compliment he takes in stride.
