About Jess Mikell

Jess believes in well-rounded service, and her singular mission remains to deliver an unparalleled luxury experience at every price point and area she serves. With a background in business management, Jess polished her customer service mentality and eye for design. Jess furthers her real estate business by developing long-term relationships with her clients. She truly listens to her clients to understand their needs, desires, and preferred style.

A graduate of the esteemed Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, Jess also offers interior design and graphic design services, creating a bespoke, customized experience for sellers marketing their homes. Jess can look at a home, creatively scope out its potential, and help luxury buyers and sellers see it too.

In addition to her work in real estate, Jess maintains a leadership position for the Junior League, is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and participates in Christ Church Episcopal's Flower Guild, Children's Chapel, and Wedding Committee. She is also the Commissioner of the Diocese of Georgia's Cursillo Commission, as well as a volunteer at The Center for a Sustainable Coast and her children's school, Blessed Sacrament, among many other civic activities.

Growing up in a fly-in aviation community, Jess's childhood mobility influenced her passion for travel. Her curiosity grew, and her desire to experience different cultures became inescapable! She has lived in various well-known travel destinations, including Dubai, Miami, and New Orleans, experiences that fostered a passion for helping clients relocate. In Jess's free time, you can find her at the beach or exploring historic downtown Savannah with her husband, Sam, and children, Ollie, Vivi, and Sam Jr.
