Josh was also included in The Real Deal’s 2021 & 2022 Top 50 Residential Brokers by Closed Sales with over $108 million sold, and has consistently ranked among the Sotheby’s International Realty Inc. top 25 agents in the U.S.
Josh was the co-director of sales for the iconic Woolworth Tower Residences. He proudly worked alongside the building’s developer since the rebirth of the historic residences and guided and supported the building towards its 2023 sellout.

Josh studied at The Guildhall School of Music, University of London, and graduated with honors from SMU in Dallas, Texas. During his first few years in New York City, Josh worked successfully as an actor in many different genres including Broadway, television, and film. Josh has discovered a new love for skiing and enjoys hitting the slopes with his family and friends. He is also an active swimmer with Team New York Aquatics. During the summer, Josh can be found zipping through the city on a Citibike or enjoying the beach on Fire Island.
