Julia Johnson’s journey from Atlanta to the pristine sands of Florida’s 30A is a tale of serendipity and deliberate choices, woven into a life deeply embedded in community and real estate. Julia first experienced the allure of 30A in 1998 during a college getaway from Georgia Tech, where she was studying for a bachelor's in industrial engineering with a certificate in economics. Captivated by the crystalline beaches, she sent her parents a postcard, a memento of the place that would eventually become her family’s permanent home.
In 2001, Julia and her family took a pivotal step toward realizing their dream by purchasing one of the first cottages in the newly developing WaterColor community. Over the years, Julia has watched WaterColor grow, all while her family put down deeper roots, with their beach trips becoming more frequent and their family expanding with the addition of two sons.
After permanently relocating to Seagrove Beach in 2013, Julia obtained her real estate license. She aspired to help family and friends find their place in the community while balancing life as a full-time mom. With her sons now more independent, Julia is transitioning to focus more on her real estate career. She is dedicated to selling the 30A dream and helping clients turn their seaside aspirations into reality.
Julia brings a unique blend of personal passion and professional acumen to her real estate practice. Her background in industrial engineering provides her with a detail-oriented and analytical approach, while her certification as a John Maxwell team coach enhances her ability to foster relationships, inspire growth and ignite dreams. Julia believes in a philosophy of abundance and collaboration, emphasizing that 'we rise by lifting others,' a guiding principle that informs her interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
Volunteering and fundraising for local schools and community organizations, Julia is deeply invested in the fabric of 30A, contributing to its schools, swim teams and cat welfare initiatives. Her personal life is filled with activities that reflect her values: daily beach walks, reading faith-based and personal development books, visiting her son at Auburn University and cheering on her youngest at swim meets.
