For Kiki, Real Estate is not simply work, it is a family business and a way of life. Born and raised in Upper Arlington, she grew up in the industry watching her grandparents and parents become successful agents. Kiki graduated from Upper Arlington High School and went on to the College of Charleston in South Carolina. In 2008, following time in New York City where she worked for Sotheby's International Realty, Downtown Manhattan Brokerage, Kiki returned home and officially joined Street Sotheby's International Realty. Her time in NYC provided her the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful agents in Manhattan, many whom would be mentors helping her learn the fast-paced world of Real Estate. Kiki and her husband, Greg Kullman, teamed up and formed The Kullman Group in 2015. Kiki has excelled and grown her business exponentially thanks to hard work, and satisfied clients who have provided numerous referrals. Together, Kiki and Greg have become the recognized authority for real estate trends, exclusive listings and private offerings in Columbus. Kiki was a recipient of the Columbus REALTORS® 10 Under 40 Award given to top REALTOR® in the City, and she received her Columbus REALTOR® 10 Million Dollar Award in 2018.
Kiki enjoys spending time with her twin boys, Cam and Kyle, relaxing with family at Lake Erie, visiting Marco Island, Florida and walking her French Bulldog, Dinghy.
