Most notably, recognized for the listing, marketing, and selling of Las Vegas' most expensive home sale of 2019 at $16,000,000. Michael’s Las Vegas is everything and in between! “While Las Vegas brings endless luxurious amenities and beyond-this-world experiences, It’s the small-town lifestyle that I adore the most. Now, you may ask how could Las Vegas possibly bring a sense of small-town charm. It’s simple, this city is built on a driven entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for food, meaningful relationships, and incredible master-planned communities. It’s true, we all don’t live on the Strip! When my college sweetheart and I set across the country from the Midwest to seek out adventure, we had no idea that Las Vegas would then become home for the next 14 years. We quickly gravitated to the small community of Green Valley Ranch. Shortly thereafter we bought our first boat and soaked up endless summers on Lake Mead, hiking in Mount Charleston, exploring Red Rock Canyon, and enjoying the endless parks with our beloved mini Dachshund weiner dogs. We would go from 4x4 off-roading in the desert sands to red carpet grand opening events experiencing the famous nightlife of Las Vegas Boulevard. Outside of a true mix of small-town life, outdoor excursions to headliner entertainment, Las Vegas also offered us the opportunity to establish a successful financial consulting firm benefiting from the no-state income tax. We often share that Las Vegas is the one place in the world where you can afford to eat and live like a king. We are truly spoiled here.”
