A Turks & Caicos Islander of Swiss origin, Nina was born in Nassau, Bahamas. For more than 40 years, she has called Turks & Caicos home, giving her an unrivaled knowledge of the archipelago’s neighborhoods, communities, and market landscape. Nina is thrilled to service buyers and sellers at all price points in her 22nd year in the real estate industry, specializing in ultra-high-end property marketing, luxury villas, resort developments and condos. Her significant accomplishments include: -Record-breaking sales on Providenciales and Parrot Cay, reaching $33M+ in single-transaction values.
-350MM in 2023, 200MM+ in 2022, 300MM+ transactions in 2021, and following 100MM+ in multiple annual sales prior.
-Key role in every 20M+ transaction in the jurisdiction.
-Together with her partners, architect of successful sales programs for leading luxury projects (Grace Bay Club, Amanyara and the Beach Enclave).

An active philanthropist, Nina proudly supports New Story, a non-profit providing safe housing in international locations. She serves as a Founding Member and Director for United Way Turks & Caicos. She has also participated in the first TCREA Mentorship program for young Turks Island high school students in tandem with her real estate colleagues in the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association. Nina attended school in Switzerland, and earned a BA in Art from Swarthmore College in the U.S. She holds an executive certification in Real Estate Management from HBS. A world traveler, she is fluent in English, French, and German.

The vacation/second homes are linked to tourism and most are offered in the short-term rental market to defray the running cost and in some cases garner income.
