Patricia Moroney’s motto in life is Carpe Diem. She lives to make every moment count and extends this philosophy to her clients, whether they are seasoned investors and sellers or first-time homebuyers. Patricia has earned a reputation as a trusted and well-respected realtor throughout Long Island’s Manhasset, Westhampton, and Queens neighborhoods and has been consistently named one of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty’s top-producing agents over her 15-year career.

With her unique style and dependable success, Patricia is appointed as a Sotheby’s Ambassador for The Masterpiece Collection, a carefully curated selection of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s most distinguished properties. An avid supporter of her community, she donates her time and resources to the Manhasset Women’s Coalition Against Breast Cancer and the Transplant Forum at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

After a successful career on Wall Street, Patricia knew she would eventually return to Long Island with her family. “I love raising my five children in the same Manhasset neighborhoods where I grew up. Although many of the town’s establishments have changed ownership, the core values and sense of community have remained the same. When I take a walk through Manhasset, it often takes longer than expected because of the people I connect with along the way. I am passionate about the arts, and while I miss the city and all it has to offer, the communities where I live and work—including Queens and Westhampton—have their own distinctive diversity and culture.
