Paulius has more than 25 years of proven record of success in sales and marketing - luxury real estate, FMCG and DIY businesses. An international businessman, Paulius Gebrauskas is also an owner of Baltic Sotheby's International Realty in Lithuania. He worked at Colgate-Palmolive and achieved the No. 1 market share in all key categories in 3 different Baltic countries at the same time, making the result unique in the Colgate-Palmolive world. In  2012 Paulius' passion for real estate brought him to the affiliation and foundation of Baltic Sotheby's International Realty office in Vilnius, Lithuania, and Poland Sotheby's International Realty in Warsaw, Poland in 2024.   Paulius holds a degree in business management from Vilnius University. Also, he is a founder of family enrichment NGO "Family University" helping families around the world to be happier and united. Loves family life and sports. He finished postgraduate course in Family Studies at the International University of Catalunya.
