Originally from the south of France, Pierre built and managed two international real estate brokerages before relocating to the United States. Pierre first came to the Florida Keys in 1990 for windsurfing R&D and was immediately drawn to Islamorada’s beauty and lifestyle. In 2008, he and his family made Islamorada their permanent home. Together with his wife, he created Café Moka, a beloved local coffee shop and restaurant that quickly became a community favorite.
When he’s not matching clients with their dream waterfront homes, Pierre can be found on the water—kiteboarding, freediving, or spearfishing—living the lifestyle he proudly represents.
