Originally from Far Hills, New Jersey, Sam attended Deerfield Academy and Skidmore College before beginning his career on Wall Street and later working in sports management with IMG, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Atlanta and Sydney Olympic organizing committees. After returning to Atlanta in 2001, he discovered his passion for luxury residential real estate and has since built one of the city’s most respected brands.

Sam and his wife, Katie—a 30-year veteran of The Coca-Cola Company and founder of Bayne Advisors—have two sons: one thriving at Nottingham University in the United Kingdom and the other building a marketing career with IHG in Atlanta. An avid golfer, racket-sport enthusiast, and sports photographer, Sam lives the dynamic Atlanta lifestyle he helps his clients find and enjoy.
