A creative thinker and seasoned leader, Sergio brings two decades of industry experience to his role as President and CEO of Dominican Republic Sotheby's International Realty. He is responsible for both the representation of the brokerage's most significant listings as well as direct training and assisting the brokerage's team of professional agents.
Both during his time as director of sales of Casa de Campo® real estate LTD between 2007 to 2015 and while serving in his current position for the last 8 years, Sergio has personally participated in over 200 successful real estate closings of properties located within the Casa de Campo® Resort. No other individual agent since 2007 has closed more or as many Casa de Campo® property sales transactions as Sergio Llach.
