Shay Millheiser has over a decade of hands-on experience in all facets of real estate - ranging from her first job in construction management to sales and marketing. With an expert eye for design and an impeccable ability to redesign fixer-uppers into stunning, easily sellable properties, Shay is recognized as a real estate leader. She has managed the purchase, construction, rebuild, and sale of over 400 residential properties. Her dedication to her craft has won her acclaim by leading real estate professionals and her renovation and remodeling work has been featured on HGTV.
Shay’s true passion lies in working with home buyers and sellers. She has the experience, knowledge, and eagerness to effectively help her buyers understand the home-buying process, decipher between mortgage options, & find the perfect home for their needs, and for her sellers to receive top-dollar for their property in record time. Shay’s attention to detail and patience allow her to smoothly facilitate transactions, while her passion and hustle allow her to work long hours that no one else will. Shay is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, manages over 100 rental properties for clients, as well as a past Director at the Austin Board of REALTOR®. Shay is also the founder of Branch / Design & Construction Consulting - a full service construction management and consulting firm that specializes in helping clients’ do more with less. With over a decade of experience in the field and over 200 completed renovations, Shay’s passion lies in helping clients achieve their renovation goals by staying both on-budget and on-time.
In her free time, Shay can be found trying to keep up with her two kids, losing her voice at Austin FC soccer games, making a mess in the kitchen, or shouting at her elderly Pomeranians to stop barking at the mailman.
