Will began his career in Aspen as Director of Luxury Rentals at Frias Properties, where he cultivated a
strong network of high-net-worth clients and gained a comprehensive understanding of the local real
estate landscape. His commitment to thoughtful market analysis, strategic guidance, and exceptional
client service quickly earned him recognition as a top-producing broker in the Aspen MLS from

Prior to real estate, Will worked as a Private Wealth Manager in Boston, where he developed a strong
foundation in financial analysis, investment strategy, and client advisory services — expertise that
continues to inform his real estate guidance today. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Hobart and
William Smith Colleges, where he also played collegiate football and served as president of Sigma Chi’s
AA Chapter. In addition, his minor in Studio Arts with an emphasis in architecture gives him a discerning
eye for design, craftsmanship, and property potential.
