Relocating to New York City in 2015, she became a licensed real estate agent in New York. Heather then joined forces with accomplished agent, Stan Ponte, ranked #2 agent across all Manhattan firms by individual sales volume in 2020. Heather was with the Sotheby’s International Realty - East Side Manhattan Brokerage for the past 9 years before moving back to her hometown of Wayzata. One of the most notable and rewarding projects that Heather worked on was The Woolworth Tower Residences, a new development in which she contributed to the team’s sellout of all 32 apartments, achieving a remarkable $267 million dollars in sales in 2023.
