He holds a Bachelor of Science in international marketing from Madero Methodist University in Puebla, Mexico. His past experiences include working as an arts integration manager, social studies coordinator, and bilingual educator at the Houston Independent School District. Furthermore, Jose underwent training through the Houston Museum of Fine Arts Learning Through Art program and spent 20 years as a performer of folkloric traditional dances.
Residing in the Avila Golf and Country Club, Jose is an avid world traveler who finds joy in karaoke, art collecting, running 5Ks, and proudly considers himself a dog lover.
