Maggie brings her personal real estate experience to San Miguel as both a buyer and seller in Chicago over the last 20 years. In 2018, she and her husband completed a 10-year restoration of a landmarked home in Chicago’s historic Wicker Park. This project combined her passion for renovation and interior design with real estate as an investment strategy helping her develop a keen eye for investing in emerging neighborhoods. Drawn to the magic of San Miguel with its near perfect year-round weather, rich culture and diversity, Maggie moved to Mexico in 2019. She currently resides in Colonia San Antonio with her husband and menagerie of pets. As a recent buyer in San Miguel, Maggie is particularly attuned to the Expat buyers and seller’s needs. She understands the complexity, emotion and detail involved in the buying and selling process and brings both a buyer and seller’s perspective to the table. Maggie utilizes focused marketing strategies, social media and data insight to drive sales and empower clients. In addition, her services continue after closing, offering concierge level resources from a carefully curated list of preferred vendors. Maggie also has 25 years of sales and management experience in the luxury wine & spirits industry. She is a skilled negotiator and natural networker who thrives on building lasting relationships with clients. Maggie is a graduate of Stephens College with a B.S. in Public Relations, an avid tennis player and is actively involved in various non-profit organizations in San Miguel de Allende.
