As the Managing Partner of Montenegro Sotheby's International Realty, I bring over 18 years of experience and expertise in the real estate sector, with a focus on high-end residential and mixed-use properties, foreign investment, and development.
I lead a team of professionals who deliver world-class service and global reach to our clients, thanks to our direct affiliation with Sotheby's International Realty network and Sotheby's auction house.

Through this platform, we offer strategic advice, market insights, and brokerage services to both vendors and buyers, as well as to several leading resort developments in the country.
I am passionate about realizing the potential of Montenegro as a destination for luxury living and investment, and I strive to raise the standards of professionalism and transparency in the industry.
I also mentor and develop the next generation of brokers and advisors, who share my vision and values.

Niko's Montenegro

Montenegro, a small yet stunning country in Southeastern Europe, is known for its dramatic landscapes and rich history. Located along the Adriatic Sea, it offers a breathtaking mix of rugged mountains, crystal-clear beaches, and charming medieval towns. The Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the country’s most famous attractions, with its fjord-like beauty, historic churches, and old-world charm.
The country is a paradise for nature lovers, with national parks such as Durmitor and Biogradska Gora, where visitors can hike, raft through rivers, or explore pristine lakes. Montenegro’s coast is dotted with picturesque towns like Budva, known for its lively beaches and vibrant nightlife, and Sveti Stefan, a luxurious island resort that draws international visitors.
Despite its small size, Montenegro has a rich cultural history, with influences from the Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans. Its cuisine is a blend of Mediterranean and Balkan flavors, offering seafood, fresh produce, and hearty meats. Montenegro's combination of natural beauty, history, and modern tourism makes it a hidden gem of the Adriatic region.
