After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Sarah moved to Aspen in 2005 and became a realtor in 2007. She came here with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, but there are a few things she did not leave behind: her strongly instilled work ethic, welcoming nature and professional tenacity. Sarah’s knowledge of the inventory and tireless approach allow her to not only identify the perfect property for her buyers, but to make the valley feel like home. WILLIAM BURGGRAF
As a graduate of Hobart College and former private wealth manager at Morgan Stanley, Will moved to Aspen in 2004 and quickly put his financial market knowledge to work as a real estate broker and luxury rental director at Frias Properties of Aspen. His financial background and ability to spot real estate investment opportunities quickly transitioned his rolodex of friends, clients, and Aspen visitors into buyers and sellers. Will built a sales team for luxury vacation rentals from the ground up and embarked on several real estate development projects for his own personal portfolio growth. Knowing all aspects of the real estate business allows him to provide solid counsel to all of his clients while working on their behalf to identify the best property based on their interests. Will and Sarah reside in Snowmass Village with their daughter, Ellis, and crazy puppy, Truman. Believing that each of us has a part in shaping the community we live in, they have served as President of the Board at the Little Red School House, Board Member of Meadow Ranch and have volunteered for Roaring Fork Hospice and The Aspen Homeless Shelter. Additionally, they support the ETHS Foundation, UW Alumni Association and the Little Red School House.
