Since joining Sotheby’s International Realty Canada in 2013, he has consistently received recognition for achieving gross volumes at the highest levels. Winston’s clientele is as diverse as his expertise, serving first-time homebuyers, parents seeking university accommodations for their children, retirees downsizing, private individuals acquiring trophy global properties, and everyone in between.
Winston began his real estate career in 2008, focusing on land analysis and assembly. Through exceptional mentorship by industry veterans, he honed his craft and celebrated early successes along Vancouver’s renowned Cambie Corridor, moving over $250M worth of inventory while working on three landmark projects with Magnum Projects. In 2015, Winston joined Alabaster Homes as Director of Sales, a role he fondly describes as his "second home." Over nine years, he successfully led sales for eight projects, generating over $300M in ground-oriented homes. Beyond these achievements, Winston has also facilitated countless resale transactions, helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Vancouver’s ever-evolving real estate market.
