Berth ownership at Christophe Harbour Marina is akin to owning any other property, one has deeded freehold title to the seabed, the berths are legally structured in a condominium, and berth A10 may potentially be used for Economic Citizenship by Investment.

Berth A10, is a leeward full length alongside berth of 150’ (45m) but can accommodate yachts up to 170’ (50m), with a bow overlap of 20’ due the ample turning circle ahead of the berth in sheltered waters. With the vessel stern to in the berth the prevailing wind blows over the aft starboard quarter, making maneuvering in and out of the berth a simple process in all but the windiest conditions. The controlling water depth at the berth is 15.5’ (4.7m), and the berth is 40’ (12m) wide. Guests can access the vessel from the stern or midships side deck, and when entertaining guests aboard: crew can access from the midships, so as not to disturb the aft deck.

There are ample large bollards both astern and alongside, anchor(s) can be dropped on final approach. Shore power is available at the berth, each berth has a designated pedestal providing a range of power requirements (up to 100AMP 480V 3 phase / 60hz. Every berth has shared in-slip duty-free refueling, up to 110 US gallons per minute. There is a security hut at the dock head with strict access permissions, only authorized footfall is allowed onto the main dock walkway.


The Marina is professionally managed, and as a berth owner one has access to the private club amenities of Christophe Harbour as members privileges. The docks and individual berths were designed with the owner’s and guest’s dockside experience front of mind.
