  The purpose was to create the most practical available space and give it a new life.  It has historic elements that were maintained, such as the ceilings with the classic mouldings, and other later added more modern, cozy and dynamic parts, which provide warmth and comfort.

The spatial lay-out creates functional and bright environments.  The floors throughout the house are black mahogany inlaid with white mahogany.

The walls are in bright and striking tones and work beautifully with the contrast of the ceilings, which have spectacular fabrics painted by Chiesa in the nineteenth century.
