Like most estates in Menorca, the house is oriented towards the south to take full advantage of the sun in summer and in winter when the sun is lower, entering the house creating a warm atmosphere.

The house has solar panels and an autonomous generator. It has WIFI throughout the property, air conditioning on the first floor, and fans in all the rooms.

It is worth noting that very close to the estate are the beaches of Cavallería, Mongofre, Favaritx, Cala Tortuga, and only 7 minutes from the port of Mahón.
