The design and building approach went unrestricted and emphasizes the juxtaposition of old vs new and raw vs refined. Distinctive features of Greenhill Farm include the use of highly distressed wood, shadow line walls, large format porcelain and customized adobe plastering techniques throughout the homes interior. The designer kitchen is entirely customized with a 16' island. Over 11 slabs of granite weighing nearly 7,000lbs were used to create the kitchen's designer features and stone mitered ends. The porcelain floors extend across the home with radiant heat throughout. The vanities are all designer pieces from Barcelona, Spain. Fixtures utilized include luxury brands such as Dorn Bracht, Badeloft and BOCCI to name a few. The main residence consists of over 6,100 square feet of interior space with two additional guest houses and studio building. The property also boasts a large timber framed barn from the 1850's.
