Renovated semi-detached stone house of 232 m2 on the first line to the sea in Dobrota, Kotor.
Contemporary design concepts were applied during the reconstruction, while the details of traditional Montenegrin architecture were preserved.

Structure of the house:
Ground floor - an open-plan living room, a kitchen and dining room with a skylight, a laundry room, and a guest toilet. In front of the house is a paved courtyard with a toilet and an outdoor shower.
First floor - an open living room with a study area; from the front, you can access the terrace with elements of the glass floor and a panoramic view of the bay, and from the back, the paved courtyard, wherein a separate smaller building is a guest bedroom with a bathroom and a wardrobe.
Second floor - a bedroom, a bathroom, and a wardrobe.
Attic - an open-plan bedroom with a bathroom, large skylights, and a terrace overlooking the backyard.

The owners of the house can use part of the ponta in front of the house, and two public parking lots are available near the house.

The Old Town is 4 km away, and the Tivat airport is 12 km away.
