Janu Residences Turks & Caicos is owned and operated by Aman Group, founded in 1988 with the vision of building a collection of intimate retreats with the unassuming, warm hospitality of a gracious private residence. Janu, derived from the Sanskrit word for "soul," is the sibling of Aman and is designed to encourage connection, balance and collective joy. Janu is born from the Aman Group's dedication to enriching lives through transformative experiences, this time seeking to redefine luxury hospitality by celebrating genuine human interaction, playful expression and social wellness. Since its founding in 2020, Janu has been poised to complement Aman's legacy and opened its inaugural hotel, Janu Tokyo, in 2024, with more locations around the world coming soon. Each Janu destination will embody this spirit of connection to its location, alongside warm service and contemporary design.
Janu Turks & Caicos is the Caribbean debut of Janu Residences. Situated along the pristine northwestern coastline of Providenciales, just north of the celebrated Amanyara, now in its twentieth year, and adjacent to the protected landscapes of Northwest Point National Park, these residences offer a level of privacy, design integrity, and service rarely found in the region.
Ownership grants priority access to Janu Turks & Caicos' hotel facilities and amenities, including the Janu Spa & Wellness Centre, signature dining venues, and a range of exclusive experiences such as a performance pavilion, ceramics studio, basketball and padel courts, cinema and more. Thoughtful and intuitive, the residential services reflect the hospitality and exacting standards synonymous with Janu.
Clean lines, shaded pavilions, and expansive glass openings create a seamless dialogue between interior living spaces and the surrounding gardens, ocean breezes, and horizon views. Each generous lot extends the living environment outward, placing residents in direct relationship with the island's landscape and the shimmering waters beyond. 
Villa 8 spans approximately 18,500 square feet of total living area, including 7,200 interior square feet thoughtfully composed for both privacy and effortless entertainment. The four-bedroom residence offers spacious suites, each with an ensuite bath, outdoor shower, and private terrace, creating a series of intimate sanctuaries within the estate. A five-bedroom floorplan is also available for owners seeking expanded accommodation.
At the heart of the home, expansive living and dining pavilions open to a dramatic ocean-facing terrace anchored by a resort-scale 68-foot infinity pool, shaded daybeds, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and a fire-lit gathering space designed for sunset entertaining. A chef's kitchen, media lounge, and optional private wellness suite with yoga studio, steam room, and treatment space extend the villa's lifestyle offering, while dedicated staff and service quarters ensure seamless hospitality and preserve the privacy of the main residence.
With just 12 private beachfront villas in total, Villa 8 occupies a generous site of more than an acre with 100 feet of its own beach frontage, set within lush natural vegetation and within easy reach of the full Janu amenity offering. Completion and handover are estimated for 2029.
